Alpha Wave Ventures II
Alpha Wave Ventures II (the “Fund”) was launched in September 2021 as a co-managed fund between Chimera and Alpha Wave Global (formerly “Falcon Edge Capital”). The Fund, which recently achieved a second close of US$ 10 billion, leverages the combined resources and relationships of Chimera and Alpha Wave Global, building on the many years of successful collaboration between the two companies.
The Fund will target high-quality, exclusive assets from around the world with a focus on FinTech, Artificial Intelligence (AI), life sciences, consumer internet and B2B sectors. Alpha Wave Ventures II is a multi-stage fund primarily concentrated on growth stage companies with clear exit strategies.
